Most people call us about the floor. Then they see one finished and figure out it was never really about the floor. It's the walls and the light too. So we do all of it at once, one crew, three or four days, and you get your garage back.

Why they last

A coating fails at the concrete, not at the surface.

Almost every floor that peels up did it for the same reason. Nothing ever bit into the slab. A roll-on kit over sealed concrete is basically hoping, and the first hot tire pulls it right off.

We grind the concrete open, grind the cracks out before we fill them, and fill the control joints. You can't see any of that once the floor's down. That's exactly how a cheaper quote leaves it out and you never find out until it fails.

Vinyl flake broadcast into a colored base coat until it won't take any more, then sealed under polyaspartic. Hides dust, grips underfoot, and won't yellow where the sun comes through the door.

Two floors can look exactly the same the day they're finished. Three years later only one of them is still stuck down, and the difference is all in the part you never got to see.

This is the layer that takes the beating. UV stable, so it won't go yellow by the door where the sun gets in.

Why the one-day floor is a one-day floor

A polyaspartic base sets up in three or four hours. That's how a crew gets in and out the same day. We run an epoxy base and take two or three days instead. It buys us the working time to cast the flake right, and it's the whole reason we're not rushing your floor out the door.

We look at the slab

Free, at your place. We check the slab and the joints, because what's under the coating decides whether the coating stays put.

You get a firm number

One price, itemized, in writing. What system, what's covered, how many days.

Work starts

Grind, fix the cracks and joints, base coat, broadcast the flake, scrape it flat. We vacuum the dust instead of blowing it around your garage.

Work finished

Topcoat goes down and cures. You can walk on it the next day and park on it around 72 hours.
